   Submit full-text paper

   Please ensure all papers are submitted in full text and emailed to: p.nckh@phuongdong.edu.vn.

2. 2

   Review coordination

   The Conference Coordinator will conduct the paper review and announce results to authors by email before May 25, 2026.

3. 3

   Notification

   Authors of accepted papers will be notified by email.

4. 4

   Blind review

   Paper proposals will be sent to two referees for blind review and a decision of acceptance or rejection.

5. 5

   Panels & symposium proposals

   Proposals for panel discussions and topic-specific symposia will also be considered.
