Poster Sessions
Poster sessions are held in a large room. Tables are available for all presentations, and presenters may
request easels. Presenters staff their assigned tables during the scheduled poster session, while participants
circulate for informal Q&A.

Roundtables maximize interaction by eliminating formal presentation. Presenters are assigned to numbered tables
