- Paper registration fee: (per registered paper)
- Speaker fee: (per registered paper)

- Payments made after Jun 15, 2026 will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.
- PhD students are eligible for a 50% discount.
- Faculty members and students of Phuong Dong University are exempt from the registration fee.
- For multi-authored papers, if more than one author attends, each author must register and pay separately.
