Fee Policy

  • Paper registration fee: 2,000,000 VND (per registered paper)
  • Speaker fee: 500,000 VND
  • Speaker fee: 500,000 VND
  • Payments made after Jun 15, 2026 will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.
  • PhD students are eligible for a 50% discount.
  • Faculty members and students of Phuong Dong University are exempt from the registration fee.
  • For multi-authored papers, if more than one author attends, each author must register and pay separately.
